Total Cooking Time

  • Remove from fridge

    Take the chicken out of the fridge at least 45 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.

  • Preheat the oven

    Set your oven to 200°C (180°C fan / Gas Mark 6).

  • Roast your chicken

  • Rest before serving

    Once out of the oven, loosely cover with tin foil and rest for a minimum of 30 minutes. This makes all the difference.


Your Schedule

    Cooking times are based on 35 minutes per kilogram at 200°C (180°C fan). Always ensure your chicken is cooked through — juices should run clear when the thickest part of the thigh is pierced.
