We're delighted to announce that our Free-Range Whole Birds have been awarded a Great Taste Award this year!

Run by the Guild of Fine Food, Great Taste is one of the most respected accreditations in the food world, with products blind tasted by hundreds of expert judges. We're proud that our chicken stood out among them.

The judges said:

"This well-sized golden bird has tender meat and an honest chicken flavour. We enjoyed the skin as much as the meat and admired the obvious quality and happy heritage of this bird."

It's a lovely reflection of everything we work towards at Sutton Hoo: slow-grown birds, reared with space to roam and time to develop real flavour. Thank you to the Great Taste judges for recognising it.
